Christina Koliatsi, attorney at law, has more than 20 years of professional expertise in corporate, commercial and civil law. She currently holds the position of Group Chief Legal Counsel of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations SA group. Previously, she held the position of Head of Legal Department at an energy sector company, and before that she was a Partner and Senior Manager at law firms with international presence. She has extensive experience in corporate governance legal matters, corporate restructurings, cross-border mergers, company acquisitions and energy law.
